Financial and membership records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the end of your membership. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

5a. International Data Transfers

Sales Vision Pty Ltd is based in Australia. If you access our program from outside Australia, your personal information may be transferred to and stored in Australia or other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with this policy.

Our membership platform and website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and portal access, analyse platform usage and performance, and deliver communications and program notifications.

These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our site, and may place their own cookies on your device.

Information collected by these third-party tools is subject to their own privacy policies. You may opt out of interest-based advertising by adjusting your browser or device settings, or by visiting the opt-out tools provided by the relevant platforms (e.g., Google’s Ads Settings, Meta’s Ad Preferences).
